Barello

What can I make?

Tick what's on your shelf. Barello checks it against 80 recipes and tells you what you can make tonight, what you're one bottle away from, and which single bottle would open the most new drinks. Free, and there's nothing to sign up to.

How this works

Every recipe in Barello carries its own matching rule, ingredient by ingredient. That's why sweet vermouth and dry vermouth count as two different things here: a Manhattan made with dry vermouth is a different drink.

Garnishes never block a drink. A missing orange twist is not a missing Negroni, so anything optional is listed in the recipe and left out of the maths.

The "unlocks" count is deliberately conservative. It counts only drinks that one bottle finishes on its own. Buying lemons also moves some two-away drinks to one-away, but it doesn't make them, so they aren't promised.
