- 60ml (2 oz) Dark or spiced rum
- to top Ginger beer
- 1 Lime wedge optional
How to make it
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Pour the ginger beer over the ice.
- Float the dark rum on top so it pours down through the glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
