What it does
Tonight
One bottle worth opening, chosen from whatever's peaking. Cooking something in particular? Say what you're having and Barello answers with the wine and the cocktails that suit it.
The cellar
Every bottle, sorted so the one to drink first sits at the top. Each carries a drinking window that bends to where you keep it. A warm shelf ages wine faster than a cool cupboard, and Barello does that maths for you.
The bar
Every cocktail you can make right now from what's on the shelf, and the two or three bottles that would unlock the most new ones. The part other apps hide behind a subscription.
Tasted
The wines you've worked through, scored, turned into a picture of what you like. Kept apart from the cellar, because something you drank years ago isn't stock.
Worth
Enough on price to tell a Tuesday wine from a birthday one, not to value a collection. Every figure shows where it came from, and an unknown is left blank rather than guessed.
Why we built it
No free app put the cellar, the bar and the pairings in one shared household place, so we made the one we wanted. It's built for a couple first, a household next, and friends after that.
Private by default. The app runs on plain rules, no AI reading over your shoulder while you use it.
