Cairo, 1942, mixed as a hangover cure for Allied officers. Gin and brandy together, which sounds wrong and is not.
What's in it
- 30ml Gin
- 30ml Brandy or cognac
- 15ml Lime juice
- 2 dashes Aromatic bitters
- to top Ginger beer
- 1 Mint sprig optional
How to make it
- Shake the gin, brandy, lime and bitters, strain over ice, top with ginger beer.
