The sugar crust and the long curl of peel are what make it a crusta. It comes from New Orleans in the 1850s, and the Sidecar grew out of it.

- 2 dashes Aromatic bitters
- 1 saucer Caster sugar, for the rim
- 1 Lemon peel, in one long strip
How to make it
