What's in it
- 50ml (1⅔ oz) Brandy or cognac
- 25ml (¾ oz) Orange liqueur
- 20ml (⅔ oz) Lemon juice
How to make it
- Chill a coupe, and rim it with sugar if you like.
- Shake the brandy, orange liqueur and lemon juice with ice until the tin frosts.
- Double strain into the coupe.
