Barello

Gin · Shake · Coupe · 5 min

Jasmine

Gin, lemon, orange liqueur and a little Campari. Together they taste like fresh grapefruit, though there's none in it. Paul Harrington made it in California in the early 1990s.

What's in it

How to make it

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Shake the gin, lemon juice, Cointreau and Campari hard with ice.
  3. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  4. Express a lemon twist over the top.
