What's in it
- 45ml (1½ oz) Gin
- 25ml (¾ oz) Orange liqueur
- 20ml (⅔ oz) Lemon juice
- 1 Egg white optional
How to make it
- Chill a coupe.
- Dry shake the gin, orange liqueur, lemon juice and egg white hard for fifteen seconds.
- Add ice and shake again until the tin frosts.
- Double strain into the chilled coupe.
