Long Island Iced Tea
Four white spirits, orange liqueur, lemon and cola. There's no tea in it.
What's in it
- 15ml (½ oz) Vodka
- 15ml (½ oz) Tequila
- 15ml (½ oz) White rum
- 15ml (½ oz) Gin
- 15ml (½ oz) Cointreau
- 25ml (¾ oz) Lemon juice
- 30ml (1 oz) Sugar syrup
- to top Cola
- 1 Lemon slice optional
How to make it
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Build the vodka, tequila, rum, gin, Cointreau, lemon juice and sugar syrup over the ice.
- Top with cola and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
