Bramble

What's in it
- 50ml (1⅔ oz) Gin
- 25ml (¾ oz) Lemon juice
- 12ml (⅓ oz) Sugar syrup
- 15ml (½ oz) Crème de mûre
- 2 Blackberries optional
How to make it
- Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice until the tin frosts.
- Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass.
- Trickle the crème de mûre over the top so it bleeds down through the ice.
- Garnish with blackberries.
