Nearly a Tom Collins, but strained off the ice into a smaller glass — softer, fizzier, drunk faster.
What's in it
- 45ml Gin
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- to top Soda water
How to make it
- Shake gin, lemon and sugar hard with ice.
- Strain into a chilled glass with no ice and top with soda.
