The Tom Collins made with London dry gin. Use Old Tom gin and it's a Tom Collins.
What's in it
- 45ml (1½ oz) Gin
- 30ml (1 oz) Lemon juice
- 15ml (½ oz) Sugar syrup
- 60ml (2 oz) Soda water
- 1 Lemon slice optional
- 1 Cocktail cherry optional
How to make it
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Build the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup over the ice.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry.
