An Aviation without the violet liqueur, served over ice.
What's in it
- 40ml (1⅓ oz) Old Tom gin
- 10ml (⅓ oz) Maraschino liqueur
- 10ml (⅓ oz) Lemon juice
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
- 1 Cocktail cherry optional
How to make it
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Shake the gin, maraschino, lemon juice and orange bitters hard with ice.
- Strain into the glass over the fresh ice.
- Garnish with a cherry, if you have one.
