Sweeter and rounder than a Martini, and probably the drink the Martini grew out of.
What's in it
- 45ml (1½ oz) Gin
- 45ml (1½ oz) Sweet vermouth
- 1 bar spoon Maraschino liqueur
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
- 1 Lemon twist optional
How to make it
- Chill a coupe.
- Stir the gin, sweet vermouth, maraschino and orange bitters with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Express a lemon twist over the top.
