Tequila, blackcurrant and lime, topped up with ginger beer. Trader Vic printed it in 1946.
What's in it
- 45ml (1½ oz) Tequila
- 15ml (½ oz) Crème de cassis
- 15ml (½ oz) Lime juice
- to top Ginger beer
How to make it
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Build the tequila, crème de cassis and lime juice over the ice.
- Top with ginger beer and stir once.
