Ranch Water
Tequila and lime, topped with sparkling mineral water. It's the house drink of west Texas, and about as simple as tequila gets.
What's in it
- 60ml (2 oz) Tequila
- 30ml (1 oz) Lime juice
- to top Sparkling mineral wateror soda water
How to make it
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Build the tequila and lime juice over the ice.
- Top with sparkling mineral water or soda water and stir once.
