Piña Colada
Made with sweetened cream of coconut, like Coco López. Plain coconut cream isn't sweet, so it needs the sugar syrup.
What's in it
- 60ml (2 oz) White rum
- 90ml (3 oz) Pineapple juice
- 30ml (1 oz) Cream of coconutor 30ml coconut cream with 15ml sugar syrup
How to make it
- Whip shake the rum, pineapple juice and cream of coconut with crushed ice, or blend.
- Pour into a highball and top with more crushed ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
