Chartreuse Swizzle
Green Chartreuse made into a tall tiki drink. It was created in San Francisco in the early 2000s.
What's in it
- 45ml (1½ oz) Green Chartreuse
- 30ml (1 oz) Pineapple juice
- 22.5ml (¾ oz) Lime juice
- 15ml (½ oz) Falernum
- 1 Mint sprig optional
- a grating Nutmeg optional
How to make it
- Pour the Chartreuse, pineapple juice, lime juice and falernum into a highball.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice and swizzle until the glass frosts.
- Heap more crushed ice on top.
- Garnish with mint and a grating of nutmeg.
