Irish Coffee
What's in it
- 40ml (1⅓ oz) Whisky
- 90ml (3 oz) Hot coffee
- 1 tsp Sugaror 5ml sugar syrup
- 30ml (1 oz) Cream, lightly whipped
How to make it
- Warm a mug with hot water and tip it out.
- Stir the sugar into the hot coffee until it dissolves.
- Add the whisky and stir once.
- Lightly whip the cream so it just thickens.
- Float the cream over the back of a spoon.
