Espresso Martini
What's in it
- 50ml (1⅔ oz) Vodka
- 25ml (¾ oz) Coffee liqueur
- 30ml (1 oz) Fresh espresso
- 10ml (⅓ oz) Sugar syrup
How to make it
- Chill a coupe.
- Pull the espresso and use it while it is still hot.
- Shake the vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and sugar syrup very hard with ice.
- Double strain into the chilled coupe.
- Let the foam settle, then float three coffee beans on top.
