Russian Spring Punch
Vodka, blackcurrant and lemon, topped with sparkling wine. London bartender Dick Bradsell created it in the 1980s.
What's in it
- 25ml (¾ oz) Vodka
- 25ml (¾ oz) Lemon juice
- 15ml (½ oz) Crème de cassis
- 10ml (⅓ oz) Sugar syrup
- to top Sparkling wine
- a few Blackberries optional
How to make it
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Shake the vodka, lemon juice, crème de cassis and sugar syrup with ice.
- Strain into the glass and top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with blackberries.
