Whisky Sour
What's in it
- 60ml (2 oz) Whisky
- 30ml (1 oz) Lemon juice
- 15ml (½ oz) Sugar syrup
- 1 Egg white optional
- 2 dashes Aromatic bitters optional
How to make it
- Dry shake the whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white hard for fifteen seconds.
- Add ice and shake again until the tin frosts.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Dash the bitters over the foam.
