Amaretto Sour

What's in it
- 60ml Amaretto
- 20ml Bourbon optional
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 5ml Sugar syrup optional
- 1 Egg white optional
How to make it
- Dry shake with the egg white, shake again with ice, strain over a large cube.
