Vodka Sour
A Whisky Sour made with vodka, so the lemon and the foam do all the talking. Clean and sharp, and the easiest sour to like.
What's in it
- 60ml (2 oz) Vodka
- 25ml (¾ oz) Lemon juice
- 15ml (½ oz) Sugar syrup
- 1 Egg white optional
- 2 dashes Aromatic bitters optional
How to make it
- Put the vodka, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a shaker.
- If using egg white, add it and dry shake hard for fifteen seconds.
- Add ice and shake until the tin frosts.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Dash the bitters over the top.
