What's in it
- 30ml (1 oz) Brandy or cognac
- 30ml (1 oz) Crème de cacao
- 30ml (1 oz) Cream
- to finish Nutmeg, grated optional
How to make it
- Chill a coupe.
- Shake the brandy, crème de cacao and cream hard with ice until the tin frosts.
- Double strain into the chilled coupe.
- Grate nutmeg over the top.
