Mint chocolate in a glass. A dessert drink, and pale green from the crème de menthe.
What's in it
- 20ml (⅔ oz) Green crème de menthe
- 20ml (⅔ oz) White crème de cacao
- 20ml (⅔ oz) Cream
- 1 Mint leaf optional
How to make it
- Chill a coupe.
- Shake the crème de menthe, crème de cacao and cream briskly with ice.
- Strain into the chilled glass, and add a mint leaf if you have one.
