Virgin Mojito
The Nojito without a non-alcoholic spirit — for when you haven't got one in.
What's in it
- 25ml (¾ oz) Lime juice
- 15ml (½ oz) Sugar syrup
- 10 leaves Fresh mint
- to top Soda water
How to make it
- Muddle the mint gently with the sugar syrup and lime juice in the bottom of a highball.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Top with soda water and stir once.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
