Passionfruit & Lime Cooler
What's in it
- 1, scooped Passionfruit
- 20ml (⅔ oz) Lime juice
- 10ml (⅓ oz) Sugar syrup
- to top Soda water
How to make it
- Muddle the passionfruit pulp with the sugar syrup and lime juice in the bottom of a highball.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Top with soda water and stir once.
