What's in it
- 60ml (2 oz) White rum
- 25ml (¾ oz) Lime juice
- 2 bar spoons Caster sugaror 15ml sugar syrup
How to make it
- Chill a coupe.
- Stir the sugar into the lime juice in the shaker until it dissolves.
- Add the rum and shake hard with ice until the tin frosts.
- Double strain into the chilled coupe.

There is nothing to dissolve: shake the rum, lime juice and 15ml sugar syrup with ice straight away.
