Hemingway Special
The Daiquiri made for Ernest Hemingway at El Floridita in Havana, with grapefruit and maraschino and no sugar.
What's in it
- 60ml (2 oz) White rum
- 40ml (1⅓ oz) Grapefruit juice
- 15ml (½ oz) Maraschino liqueur
- 15ml (½ oz) Lime juice
How to make it
- Chill a coupe.
- Shake the rum, grapefruit juice, maraschino and lime juice hard with ice.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
