What's in it
- 50ml (1⅔ oz) Vanilla vodka
- 20ml (⅔ oz) Passionfruit liqueurIn the IBA recipe. Without it the passionfruit is lighter, but it still works.
- 1, scooped Passionfruit
- 10ml (⅓ oz) Lime juice optional
- 2 bar spoons Vanilla sugaror 10ml sugar syrup with a drop of vanilla extract
- 60ml (2 oz) Sparkling wine, on the side optional
How to make it
- Chill a coupe and a shot glass.
- Shake the vodka, passionfruit liqueur, passionfruit pulp and vanilla sugar hard with ice, with a squeeze of lime if you like.
- Double strain into the chilled coupe.
- Pour the sparkling wine into the shot glass and serve it alongside.
