Milano-Torino
Campari from Milan, vermouth from Turin. Add soda and it becomes an Americano; add gin and it is a Negroni.
What's in it
- 30ml (1 oz) Campari or red bitter
- 30ml (1 oz) Sweet vermouth
- 1 Orange slice optional
How to make it
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Build equal parts Campari and sweet vermouth over the ice.
- Stir once and garnish with an orange slice.
