Rosita
A tequila Negroni with both sweet and dry vermouth, so it drinks lighter and drier. It's been in print since the 1970s, and Gary Regan brought it back in the 1990s.
What's in it
- 45ml (1½ oz) Tequila
- 15ml (½ oz) Sweet vermouth
- 15ml (½ oz) Dry vermouth
- 15ml (½ oz) Campari or red bitter
- 1 dash Aromatic bitters
- 1 Lemon twist optional
How to make it
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Stir the tequila, both vermouths, Campari and bitters with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into the glass over the fresh ice.
- Express a lemon twist over the top.
