The Negroni before gin was added — lower alcohol and very drinkable.
What's in it
- 30ml (1 oz) Campari or red bitter
- 30ml (1 oz) Sweet vermouth
- to top Soda water
- 1 Orange slice optional
How to make it
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Build the Campari and sweet vermouth over the ice.
- Top with soda water and stir once.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
