"Sbagliato" means mistaken — a bartender reached for the wrong bottle and improved it.
What's in it
- 30ml (1 oz) Campari or red bitter
- 30ml (1 oz) Sweet vermouth
- 60ml (2 oz) Sparkling wine
- 1 Orange twist optional
How to make it
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Build the Campari and sweet vermouth over the ice.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Express an orange twist over the drink and drop it in.
