Spritz
The IBA's Spritz is made with Aperol. Campari, Cynar or Select make the other Venetian versions.
What's in it
- 60ml (2 oz) Aperolor Campari, for a more bitter one
- 90ml (3 oz) Prosecco or sparkling wine
- 30ml (1 oz) Soda water
- 1 Orange slice optional
How to make it
- Fill a wine glass to the top with ice.
- Build the prosecco, then the Aperol, over the ice.
- Top with a splash of soda water.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
