A Negroni made with dry vermouth and less Campari. Drier, sharper and lighter.
What's in it
- 40ml (1⅓ oz) Gin
- 20ml (⅔ oz) Dry vermouth
- 10ml (⅓ oz) Campari or red bitter
- 1 Lemon twist optional
How to make it
- Chill a coupe.
- Stir the gin, dry vermouth and Campari with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Express a lemon twist over the top.
