Whisky Highball
The Japanese whisky standard — worth using the good bottle.
What's in it
- 45ml (1½ oz) Whisky
- to top Soda water
- 1 Lemon twist optional
How to make it
- Fill a highball to the top with ice.
- Pour the whisky over the ice and stir once to chill it.
- Top with cold soda water and stir once more, gently.
- Express a lemon twist over the drink.
