Vodka Martini
Kept separate from the Dry Martini on purpose — the same build, a different drink.
What's in it
- 60ml (2 oz) Vodka
- 10ml (⅓ oz) Dry vermouth
- 1 Olive or lemon twist optional
How to make it
- Chill a coupe.
- Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the vodka and dry vermouth.
- Stir for thirty seconds, until the mixing glass frosts.
- Strain into the chilled coupe.
- Garnish with an olive, or express a lemon twist over the drink.
