What's in it
- 60ml (2 oz) Gin
- 25ml (¾ oz) Lemon juiceor lime juice
- 15ml (½ oz) Sugar syrup
- 8 leaves Fresh mint
How to make it
- Chill a coupe.
- Shake the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and mint hard with ice.
- Double strain into the chilled coupe, leaving the leaves behind.
