Bourbon or rye. The Bar deliberately won't offer you a sipping malt for this — pour those in a glass on their own.
What's in it
- 60ml Whisky
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3 dashes Aromatic bitters
- 1 Orange twist optional
How to make it
- Stir sugar and bitters with a splash of whisky until dissolved, add the rest and ice, stir down.
