Virgin Mary
The Bloody Mary minus the vodka — same seasoning does the work.
What's in it
- 120ml (4 oz) Tomato juice
- 15ml (½ oz) Lemon juice
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- to taste Tabasco
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 Celery stick optional
How to make it
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Build the tomato juice and lemon juice over the ice.
- Season with Worcestershire, Tabasco and pepper, and stir through.
- Garnish with a celery stick.
