Pat O'Brien's, New Orleans — invented to shift a glut of rum no one wanted.
What's in it
- 60ml (2 oz) Dark rum
- 1, scooped Passionfruit
- 20ml (⅔ oz) Lemon juice
- 20ml (⅔ oz) Orange juice
- 10ml (⅓ oz) Grenadine
How to make it
- Shake the dark rum, passionfruit, lemon juice, orange juice and grenadine hard with ice.
- Strain over fresh ice in a hurricane glass.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
