Tequila and orange juice, with grenadine sunk to the bottom of the glass. That red layer under the orange is the sunrise.
What's in it
- 45ml (1½ oz) Tequila
- 90ml (3 oz) Orange juice
- 15ml (½ oz) Grenadine
- 1 Orange slice optional
How to make it
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Build the tequila and orange juice over the ice and stir.
- Pour the grenadine slowly down the inside of the glass so it sinks to the bottom. Don't stir again.
