Gin and orange juice with absinthe and grenadine. Harry MacElhone made it at Harry's New York Bar in Paris in the 1920s.
What's in it
- 45ml (1½ oz) Gin
- 45ml (1½ oz) Orange juice
- 15ml (½ oz) Absinthe
- 15ml (½ oz) Grenadine
How to make it
- Chill a coupe.
- Shake the gin, orange juice, absinthe and grenadine hard with ice.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
