Portuguese for rooster's tail. Brazil's answer to the Manhattan, made with cachaça.
What's in it
- 60ml (2 oz) Cachaça
- 20ml (⅔ oz) Sweet vermouth
- 15ml (½ oz) Cynar
- 2 drops Angostura bitters optional
- 1 Orange twist optional
How to make it
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Build the cachaça, sweet vermouth and Cynar over the ice, with the bitters if you're using them.
- Stir quickly and express an orange twist over the top.
