Spicy Fifty
Vanilla, elderflower and honey, with chilli for heat.
What's in it
- 50ml (1⅔ oz) Vanilla vodka
- 15ml (½ oz) Elderflower cordial
- 15ml (½ oz) Lime juice
- 10ml (⅓ oz) Honey syrupor a little honey loosened with warm water
- 2 slices Red chilli, thinly slicedor a dash of Tabasco
How to make it
- Chill a coupe.
- Shake the vodka, elderflower cordial, lime juice, honey syrup and chilli hard with ice.
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a slice of chilli.
