Missionary's Downfall
Rum, mint, pineapple and honey, blended with crushed ice. A Don the Beachcomber tiki drink.
What's in it
- 30ml (1 oz) White rum
- 15ml (½ oz) Peach brandy
- 15ml (½ oz) Lime juice
- 30ml (1 oz) Honey syrupor 20ml honey stirred into 10ml warm water
- 10 Mint leaves
- 3 to 4 Pineapple chunksor 30ml pineapple juice
How to make it
- Blend the rum, peach brandy, lime juice, honey syrup, mint leaves and pineapple with half a cup of crushed ice.
- Pour into a wine glass.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of pineapple.
Without a blender
Muddle the pineapple and mint in the shaker, add everything else and whip shake it with a small scoop of crushed ice. Tip it all into the glass.
