Bourbon, Amaro Nonino, Aperol and lemon in equal parts. Sam Ross made it in 2007, and it's already a modern classic.
What's in it
- 30ml (1 oz) Bourbon
- 30ml (1 oz) Amaro Noninoor another amaro, such as Montenegro or Averna
- 30ml (1 oz) Aperol
- 30ml (1 oz) Lemon juice
How to make it
- Chill a coupe.
- Shake the bourbon, Amaro Nonino, Aperol and lemon juice hard with ice.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
