Vodka, raspberry and pineapple. Shake it hard and the pineapple gives it a soft foam.
What's in it
- 45ml (1½ oz) Vodka
- 15ml (½ oz) Raspberry liqueur
- 15ml (½ oz) Pineapple juice
- 1 Lemon twist optional
How to make it
- Chill a coupe.
- Shake the vodka, raspberry liqueur and pineapple juice very hard with ice.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Express a lemon twist over the top and throw it away.
